With three lines of advanced surface mount assembly equipment, VirTex can match your assembly requirements to the appropriate line for your volumes and technology. Whatever the stage in your product life cycle, VirTex has the equipment to meet your needs.

All jobs are initially processed through our computer aided manufacturing software to optimize line balancing and machine utilization. All conventional packaging formats of tape and reel, tubes or trays can be handled on all three lines. ROHS compliance is available in all assembly and test areas. All lines have the capability of handling large form factor boards up to 18x21".

Prototype assembly is performed on Quad SMT placement machines offering the highest degree of flexibility for quantities of 1-100 pieces. With placement throughput of 13,000 parts per hour, meeting quick turn cycle times is what this line is all about.

Low volume production is performed on Phillips Assembleon placement machines providing high volume placement for lot sizes of 50-500 boards. With throughputs exceeding 30,000 parts per hour, this is the ideal line for the customer that is in stable low volume production and needs the ability to place the smallest component packages. Several of our customers utilize this line to introduce reference designs for new mobile phone and wi-fi technologies that haven't reached higher production volumes.

Our Panasonic MSR and Samsung CP45 allows mid to high volume assembly, while still allowing flexibility for any type of component packaging. With advanced chip scale package capability and 60,000 part per hour placement rates we can handle even high growth companies.

Eliminate the need for expensive solder pallets with our high volume selective soldering line. We provide fully automated final assembly for both ROHS and non-ROHS builds.

Test capabilities include multiple flying probe test stations and in-circuit test. VirTex will design the appropriate test strategies for your boards. Our test engineering staff includes electrical engineers ready to develop the necessary hardware and software to reliably ensure your product is ready to ship. When it comes to test, one size does not fit all, but with VirTex, we have the right fit for any requirement.
